Description:

Single-axis laser diameter meter - optical micrometer. The device is designed for non-contact measurement of the outer dimensions of round and non-round products, such as: wires, cables, hoses, sleeves, pipes, wire, filament for 3D printers, etc. directly during their production.

Measuring unit ID-30 can operate in diameter measurement systems with other optical heads with the ability to measure both one and several objects simultaneously.

For particularly severe operating conditions (for example, measuring the diameter of the wire during drawing), air channels can optionally be added to the measuring head to purge and create an air barrier from dust, dirt, emulsion and other contaminants entering the device.

This will require the compressed air class 2.4.3. according to ISO 8573-1: 2001) with an excess pressure of 0.05 MPa (0.5 bar).
