Description:
The IASI-M dry test impulse device is designed to test insulated conductors of cables, wires, cords and protective hoses with a pulse voltage per pass according to IEC 540-82, both in the process of imposing insulation and protective hose over a metal sheath, and during control rewinding.
Suitable for testing the vast majority of manufactured cable products, with the exception of those for which a specific other type of test voltage is indicated in the normative-technical documentation!
The device can detect both open (visible) through defects (channels, cracks, etc.) and hidden through defects in the insulation.

Functions:
• Smooth test voltage setting
• Indication of the test voltage
• Audible and electronic alarm during breakdown of the insulation of the tested product
• Digital indication of the number of breakdowns
